In my last post I quoted from Isaiah 3. We will continue in that
chapter. God is judging Israel because they have turned their back on
God's ways. I am skipping over the part where God is judging the
elders. This blog is for women not men.
Isaiah 3:17 Moreover, the LORD said, “Because the daughters of Zion are proud
And walk with heads held high and seductive eyes,
And go along with mincing steps
And tinkle the bangles on their feet,
Therefore the Lord will afflict the scalp of the daughters of Zion with scabs,
And the LORD will make their foreheads bare.”
Is
this the description of women you know? Maybe of yourself? Maybe of
women in your church? If the answer is yes to any of these questions is
the God of the Bible pleased?
Well, you might excuse these verses because they are from the Old Testament.

Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof,
for correction, for training in righteousness; 2 Timothy 3:16, NASB.
